Is reserve on amalgamation ,revaluation reserve and capital redemption reserve are considered for calculation of net worth of a company.

Networth calculation only free reserves need to be considered, so reserves like revaluation reserve and amalgamation reserve no need to consider, however Capital redemption reserve is free reserve you can consider that
