Dear expert, I use to file my returns in the name of "Pradeep Kumar", whereas my name on PAN card is "Pradeep Kumar Dhuoon". This year my case is audit case and I have obtained my digital signature in the name of "Pradeep Kumar Dhuoon". Can I still fill my name in retrun as "Pradeep Kumar", beacase I want my refund in the name of "Pradeep Kumar" Please advise me.

You can file the return in the name what you want. But many times the validation of name can fail as name does not match. To avoid this better to file in correct and full name.
