06 May 2014 A of Nagpur(Maha) sells goods to B of Jaipur(Raj). B ask A to deliver the goods to C of Aurangabad(Maha) It is not Out of State sell. but invoice is in the name of B so how to charge Vat

06 May 2014 it is a VAT Sale. 'A' raise an invoice to 'C'. in the said invoice Customer : 'B' and consignee : 'C'. whatever the prevailing rate of VAT in state of Maharastra for particular commodities, that is applicable to the invoice.
