Sir,
Whether Music director is liable for service tax? if so under which category of service it will fall? kindly quote the section number in which it will fall?? also pl tell me whether key board player by profession is liable to pay service tax? as per new negative list?

Music Director and Keyboard player is a professional. They have raise their bill including service tax, if they cross basic limit of Rs.10L. If their receipt is Rs.9L then they have to applied for Registration.
