08 July 2011 If at the time of incorporation of public limited company there is some printing error like in place of word "proprietary concern" partnership concern is typed. How to rectify mistake.

09 July 2011 At the time of incorporation not yet incorporate so just print out a fresh copy after making correction and if already submitted to ROC than make an application for correction to ROC.

10 July 2011 If the company is registered with the typing mistake then request your C.A or C.S. who appeared before the ROC at the time of filing the hard copy to correct the same as he is also authorised to carryout any mistake or changes made by the ROC.

Once the mistake is corrected get fresh copy printed. Do not print the whole MA but only the page in which there was a mistake and replace in the copies already printed.

11 July 2011 Issue the POA to your CA / CS before attending the ROC Office and they can change the mistakes committed while incorporation of the company and i agree with CA SS AGARWAL
