Mistake in form 16 issued to me

10 August 2015 Dear Friends,
I left a company this FY.When I was filing my last ITR for FY 2014-15 I came to knoe several mistates in form 16 issued to me like:

1. No exepmtion for HRA was given to me though I had given them Rent receipt.
2. Dedudcion u/s 80C was given only Rs 110000/- as against entitlement of Rs1,50,000/-(I believe for AY 2014-15 exemption u/s 80C is Rs 1.5 lacs)
3. Deduction u/s 80D not allowed.
4.loss from House Property has been shown Rs 1.10 lacs, which I never disclosed rather I had disclosed an income from House Property.

Now I am in a soup. The company is not willing to revise my form 16. What should I do. Can I file a correct return based on all supporting. Will there be any enquiry or issue as the return will not tally with form 16.

pls help urgently.

10 August 2015 You can file correct return based on all supporting. For salaried person it will differ not a problem. Even in case of query you have supporting document to prove your return is right.
