since the guardian had signed at the time of application for PAN now minor became major.

You need to fill up a form called "Request for new PAN card or/and changes or correction in PAN data" which is ment for corrections of data in PAN card and issue a fresh PAN card after corrections with the old PAN card number.
You need to spend Rs.5 for form and Rs.67 as fee for a new card. It will take about 15 to 20 days to obtain a fresh card if the documents submitted by you is correct. You can see the FAQs on PAN data correction in NSDL website.
