Form 32 (for appointment of signatory added through BO screen)

I WANT TO ASK WHAT DOES "Appointment of signatory added through BO screen" MEANS?

Appointment of Signatory through Back Office.
In certain cases, filing of forms are not possible, thus signatories are appointed through Back Office by ROC. it was said in this regard.....
