my query is that in financiial year (2010-2011) i am not register in service tax . supoose i am register in service tax in july 2010. than plz tell me will i deposit past service tax from april to june , or only from july

your question is not framed properly.
If liable then date of registration is not relevant. If liable for past period then opayment required. if registered and claiming small servic eprovider exmeption then not liable even after the registration
