plz tell me if i am a transporter and my gross income not more than 10 lakh than will any company deduct my service tax . or am i able to register in service tax dept.

04 May 2011 thanks but sorry sir you are not understand my query i want to ask only this that which company I am give service they told me that do registration in service tax . than sir i want to ask you that if my gross total income not more than 10 lakh than will any company deduct my service tax and will i register in service tax.

04 May 2011 IF COMPANY IS ASKING YOUR BILLS WITH SERVICE TAX AMOUNT CALCULATED ON THAT AND YOU ALSO AGREE WITH THEM THAN YOU HAVE TO REGISTER WITH SERVICE TAX THAN ONLY YOU CAN CHARGE SERVICE TAX

10 LAC IS A STATUARY LIMIT IF YOU WANT TO GET REGISTER THOUGH YOUR TURNOVER IS BELOW 10 LAC NO ISSUE
