  • Bhanu Sarma says : Central Excise duty on goods cleared to SEZ
    Dear Sir, Please enlighten me on this: X has cleared goods to SEZ claiming excise duty exemption. But, he has not received any amount from the SEZ entity which also happens to be an MNC and related firm to X. Please inform as to Whether the Excise duty exemption claimed is correct?
