sir can you tell me supoose i am a salary class person if i late deposit to income tax return after due date ( 31 july). in this condition i will paid int(1%).than will i pay panelty if i am late to deposit income tax return after 30 days .plz sir reply

Penalty cannot be levied for 30 days delay from due date.
