sir this about query i m much disyurb .i m not find solution of it. my query is that we purchase some material from china .my co. is a firm .if we will pmt. them in which rate we will deduct tds from his amt. 2% or 1 % in case of firm or co.

TDS is not deducted on purchase of materials..
