15 August 2017 I WANT TO KNOW IF MANPOWER SUPPLYING AGENCY SUPPLY THEIR SERVICE TO ANY EDUCATION INSTITUTE THEN THEY HAVE TO CHARGE GST @ 18% OR THEY ARE EXEMPTED FROM GST ????
