13 June 2015 company secretary salary considered for the purpose of computation of managerial remuneration under section 197? would it make any difference if he is s also a director of a company?

13 June 2015 not only company secretary, the salary paid to Managing Director, Whole Time Director, CEO, CFO and any other designation fall under KMP come under the purview of Section 197 . however, this section apply to public company only
