Hii,
I wanted to know, what are the provision on sale of Non Agricultural Land.
The land was transferred from his father.
At the time of transfer land was agricultural land, and after transfer the assessee changed from Agricultural to Non Agricultural.
Please help me.

If father gifted the land, cost of acquisition will be cost acquisition of your father and indexation to be done from the date of acquisition of father.
