Can LLP formed with one resident & one non resident.

08 May 2011 Yes. It can be done.

The LLP Act 2008 allows Foreign Nationals including Foreign Companies & LLPs to incorporate a LLP in India provided at least one designated partner is resident of India.

Our company secretary told that LLP can not be formed with foreign national. he told me that for foreign national it not possible to get DPIN. is it true.
