You can voluntary registration in GST. You can also opt for composition scheme but in composition scheme you will have to pay tax @ 1% and cannot charge tax in bill. Also can purchase from outside state but not sell outside state. If you purchase from unregistered dealers taxable goods under GST, you will have to pay tax on such purchase on reverse charge basis for which you will get no input tax credit. If you sell directly to consumers composition scheme is better for you.

so to control cost person selling goods directly to consumer should also purchase from composition dealer
