ONE OF MY CLIENTS TURNOVER LESS THAN 2 CRORE IN ANY FINANCIAL YEAR MEANS 2021 TO 2023 IS EXEMPT FROM FILING GSTR 9.

Yes, gstr 9 not mandatory for less than 2 cr turn over.
