Less gst liability shown gstr3b

Dear experts.
I have filed my gstr3b for the month of aug17 but I have paid less liability eg. My gst liability for the month of Aug was Rs. 15000.00 but I was paid Rs. 1000.00 and filed gstr3b. Now I have paid diffrance amount rs5000 with interest.
Experts please guide me when I will offset my diffrencial liability.

File gstr 1 correctly.

Thanks for reply Seetharaman Sir. I have already paid differential amount with interest but how i can adjust differential amount also i have filled correct GSTR-1.

It will get adjusted on filing gstr-1. If not correct in next month gstr-3B.
