Leave encashment of 46 days

If non govt. employee resigned from the Job and his total leave balance is 46 days.Whether leave encashment is taxable.please reply fast

If the amount is less than 3 lacs and the leave is earned not more than 30 days in a year, then it is exempted

if 30 days current year and 16 days previous year leave balance so leave encashment of all 46 days is taxable.
