In CA-CPT course. there is a chapter Indian Contract Act 1872 ,but now new contract act is 2013 . so the questn which is asked in december 2014 is based on 2013 act or 1872 ?

Dear its new Companies Act 2013 not Contract Act. Contract Act 1872 remains unchanged and same will continue to apply.

There is no change as far as Indian Contract Act, 1872 is concerned and you can continue to prepare from your CPT study material.
