14 September 2009 Dear Sir Thanks a lot, I went trough the file , I have still query regarding TDS u/s 194 A on Interst to Othere whether the TDS rates are unchanged to 20% or it has been reduced to 10% , in the file it has been give 20% ( unchnaged )

14 September 2009 It is 10% for the F.Y. 2008-09 for interest payment to other than domestic company & 20% in case of interest payment to domestic company.

It is same for f.y. 09-10 with only change of surcharge & education cess not applicable from 1.10.09 & also non submission of PAN with higher deduction of TDS @ 20% as per sec 206A.
