My clients ITR V for ITR of AY 13-14 was received by ITD after 120 days from filing date & this status is shown in his IT login. ITR was filed in time (on 30/07/2013).
This is a refund return.
ITD has given extension to ITR V with refunds but not for AY 13-14.
Will client get refund for delay in ITR V filing?
Or do I have to file a revised return afresh & ITR V again to ensure refund?

The due date MAY BE extended. However, it is not clear if and when.
The best option is to file a FRESH return. The return will be a BELATED return and NOT a revised return.

you wont be able to file under 139(4) once 139(1) has been filed..(atleast not online)
the option is to file revised return under 139(5), and send the new ITRV. the same shall be processed as 139(4) return.
