03 February 2016 You can belated return u/s 139(4) for the financial year 2013-14 and 2014-15 only.

03 February 2016 in income tax side a.y.12-13 to 15-16 avilabel,, if i require itr a.y.12-13 and 13-14 so how to Possible?

03 February 2016 Forms may be available for filing. However, using section 139(4) we can file only FY2013-14 and FY2014-15 till March 31, 2016. Thereafter i.e. on or after 01-04-2016, we can file only FY2014-15 and FY2015-16 till March 31, 2017.

However, if we receive any notice u/s 142(1), we can file the income tax for the PY specified therein the notice, i.e. even prior to FY2013-14.
