ITR FILE REQUIRED FOR INSURANCE COMMISSION ON WHICH ITR SHOULD BE FILED ?????????

alternatevely you can file ITR-1

Dont file ITR -1
File ITR-2 if commission is less and you don't want to show expenses against this commission received.
Otherwise File ITR-4 with balance sheet and Income & Expenditure A/c
