Is ITR for the AY 2012-13 accepted online or is it time barred? That Assessing Officer telling us that the ITR will be accepted online now also. Is it the AO does not know the law properly.

I am talking about IT return for the A Y 2012-13 accepted online or not. As the filing of belated IT return for the A Y 2012-13 is one year from the end of relevant A Y. means up to 31/03/2014 for the AY 2012-13. Meaning it is time barred now. Is it or not?

You are absolutely right but when I login to E filing site I am able fill the form. If you have not filed it try for it.

Yes. However this option is available only for ITR1 & ITR4S not for the other ITR form.
