13 September 2013 TOTAL INCOME DURING THE YEAR FROM BROKERAGE
COMMISION RS. 340000+20000=360000.00
LESS TDS AMOUNT = 34000.00
ACTUAL INCOME = 3,26,000.00
QUESTION:-
1.HOW TO FILE THIS INCOME THROUGH ITR 4S ?
2.BL & PL ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ?
3.OTHERS BANK TRANSACTION LIKE CASH DEPOSIT/WITHDRAWN,PAYMENT TO OTHERS FOR PERSONAL USE ARE REFLECTED IN BL & PL ?
4.HOW CAN I REFUND MY TDS AMOUNT ?

13 September 2013 As per finance act 2012 it ammended sec 44AD and income from brokergae is not elgible for using sec 44AD and hence you cannot file ITR-4S.

u need to file itr-4 it contains all such details.

13 September 2013 you need to prepare profit and loss a/c and bal sheet and fill up in itr-4.
all bank transaction n income will be reflected in it and if your gross income is more 1,20,000 then u need to maintain books of a/c as per sec 44AA.
