I work in company since from 2009 my income less then 230000/- we never filed ITR now my monthly salary 14000/- and i received interest RS .52000/- from Bank Saving account and FDR. So can i need to File ITR and any more tax need to pay please provide your kind suggestion.

No need to file ITR or pay taxes as income is below taxable limit. Any TDS deducted on interest payments file ITR and claim refund.
