IS VAT Applicable on SALe to SEZ thrugh 3rd Party

We are supplying material to "A" as buyer and SEZ as Consignee, will i have to charge VAT on the same ?

If Vat has to be charged what will be its implication, like will my buyer will get any benifit ?

09 June 2011 According to me anything sale to SEZ will be treated as export and the question of Custome duty will come and in case of purchase import duty will be charged, so in this case the question of export duty will come as per the Custom Act.

Stil am not clear abt the chargebility of VAT will it attract VAT on Supply to SEZ through 3 party? if not what will be the procedure ?
