01 February 2014 Sir nov 2010 is my 1st attempt, group 1 completed in nov2011.till now group 2 not pass...can i renewal ipcc.

01 February 2014 Please specify your date of registration to IPCC.

The IPCC registration is valid for 4 years from the date of registration to IPCC and the IPCC registration is should be in valid and force as on the date of appearing to exams.

So you are saying you didn't completed second group of IPCC till now means you have to appear for May 2014 exams, so if your registration is not completed 4 months upto the completion of May 2014 exams then need not to require get renewal otherwise required to renewal to appear May 2014 exams.

However based on information provided by you you should be get registered to IPCC on or before 1-2-2010, so based on this your IPCC registration shall valid upto 31-1-2014 means For May 2014 exams your registration is not in force, so you required to get renewal of your IPCC registration for appearing of May 2014 exams and onwords attempts.
