06 December 2013 I am receiving an intimation u/s 245 of the Income tax act.
so how to response on this letter.
Is there any procedure to follow??

06 December 2013 This may be having a demand. Please verify from your records and satisfy yourself with such amount of tax etc. demanded.

Actually the order is for A.Y. 2010-11 and i had already paid tax for that Assessment year and problem is 26AS does not disclosed the amount. so how can i get refund in this case?? and is thier any procedure for amount not disclosed by 26AS for that assessment year?

06 December 2013 Even If it is not appearing on the 26AS but if its lawfully deducted and deposited then allowed as per recent cbdt recent circular.
