Dear Sir,
I have completed my Bcom in 2011 while my CA articleship is still going on. I had informed the institute regarding Bcom in form 112.
Now I am planning to register for CS, should I inform the institute that I have completed Bcom & now getting registerd for another course i.e. CS.

Yes u need to file form 112 again.
