18 April 2014 I would like to know that can I file itr (income from other sources) for a.y. 2012 - 2013. since income of said a.y is below taxable limits. is there any interest occured u/s . 234a. kindly advice as soon as possible. Thanks in advance. Pundalik mane.

intt calculate on tax payable if any show in you return if your income is below exempt limit then no demand of 234A

18 April 2014 there wont be any 234A liability. but you cannot file return for AY 2012-13 now (time barred) unless 142(1) or 148 notice is issued.
