incometax return uploading problem

22 April 2011 I have problem in filing return of an individual for AY 2008-09 and AY 2009-2010
Error is coming that the return due date is 31-3-2011 and can not be uploaded.
Please tell me the remedy. How to file the return for these two years.

23 April 2011 there is no refund or tax liability for both years. Return is for salaried person with no tax liability. What should be done?
