WHETHER IT IS COMPULSORY TO FILE INCOMETAX RETURN AND TDS RETURN THROUGH CA/ADVOCATE?

Hi,
Yes if Income is taxable & not necessary through CA/Advocate.
If you are under tax audit limit then you will be required to get your accounts audited by CA.

of course not,if a person have enough knowledge in respect of his income then he can file his ITR on his own. However if there is any complexity in respect of one's income and deduction then it is better to file though professionals.
