In case, TDS deposited as per Income tax certificate doesnot matches online Form 26AS
then which should be taken as reliable?

You should take income and tds as per 26AS only because CPC will give consider it on 26AS only

ask the dedctor to rectify form 26AS,as per tds certificate.

Claim the actual amount which has been deducted from you irrespective of amount reflected in 26AS.
