sir, there is a salaried employee. he received reimburshment of expenses such as medical, telephone etc.no tax has been deducted on these expences by the employer. FBT has been deleted. now what will be employee liability should he pay tax on these expense or according to FORM 16A as provided by the employer.

perks is taxable in the hands of employees .employer need to value the same as per valuation rules and deduct tax from emplyee and incorporate in form 16 &12ba not in form 16a
