my client has changed constitution from proprietorship to partnership now please tell how should I file income tax return and prepare audited bs

if the conversion happened during the year, then you will have to file separate returns for the individual and the firm....
profit and loss account of the firm shall be prepared from the date of incorporation till 31 March 2014.

for proprietor the balancesheet is always till 31 March....
