Dear Sirs & Friends,
I want to know whether an individual can get refund if he files return after the due date. One of my friend wants to file the return for the f.y. 10-11, please suggest if he can get refund or not.

Yes, Return can be filed and he can get refund also.

you can file the return till 31/03/2013 and also get refund of income tax.
