I Have 2 property, one is rented and the other one is vacant & under construction. The ITO wants to charge a notional rent on Under construction house property.
Pls help to avoid the taxability with case law & Sections

Yes, It is liable for notional rent.

Without possession? how the rent be derived from a property which is not livable?
