Inc - 7 invalid & not been taken for records

Hello,
I have uploaded INC Form 7, 12 & 22 & was resubmitted twice. The status is showing as "Invalid & Not been taken for records'. I have few queries:
(1) I am not able to upload new eforms - It shows an error: "PreScrutiny Check Not successful"
(2) While I click Prescrutiny in the new INC form - 7, it say, "INC 7 is already uploaded against the previous SRN. If you want to upload fresh eforms, please cancel the SRN through Track SRN option in the MCA portal" But the option is not available in the my login. HOw do I cancel the old SRN?
(3) Also if I upload new eforms, will I get refunds for the earlier ones?

Raise a ticket for the Same, as MCA after updation is not working properly. However, can you let me know whether amount of STAMP DUTY & ROC FEES has been paid? if Yes, Only Stamp duty is eligible to be refunded.

1, Send an online request to cancel the SRN through http://www.mca.gov.in/mcafoportal/userComplaintDetails.do
2, After SRN got cancelled, file incorporation forms afresh.
3. Seek refund of stamp duty from the State Government and from MCA for e-filing
fee ,of cancelled SRN ,after the company is incorporated.

I have raised a request online to cancel the SRN but they have asked me to file for a fresh INC -1 & then INC 7 to incorporate. but I can't apply for the same name because its been reserverd through us..
They have also mentioned, "For related queries,please contact corresponding CRC office." But there is no number for CRC which is currently operated out of Gurgaon. Should I contact the Gurgaon RoC office?

Apply a Fresh Name and attach a letter along with INC - 1 containing request to ROC about the name, Contact with relevant ROC over the phone too before filing. Moreover, apply for Refund on the Stamp Duty.
