30 April 2014 A pvt company deals in trading of chemical dyes and imports few dyes from China . Is there any credit allowable for the tax paid on sale of such goods in India?

30 April 2014 If you are trading (selling as it is) Imported Goods within the State of Import, you can claim Refund of Special Additional Duty of Custom (which is equivalent to Local Sales Tax rate)? But, no refund can be claimed if the imported goods are used in manufacturing process and or any value addition of any kind is done.

30 April 2014 Thanku for the reply...no the company is not using it for it's manufacturing process. It is just selling as it is.
