*whether ST is applicable upon immigration service provider.
*if yes then what the rate to be applicable thereupon.
*what are the conditions,impact upon ST

17 August 2011 Where the services provided are personal in nature relating to individuals there is no ST in my view. However if the same services were provided to corproates then possibility of coming under busienss support services may have tobe examined.
