If date of incorporation on huf pan card is ancestral

One of my client has date of incorporation on HUF Pan Card is Ancestral, how can i change it.

Obtain affidavit sworn before a magistrate stating the date of incorporation. Then
submit PAN correction form.
Ps:- For ancestral HUF date can be 01-01-0001 where the date of creation is not available.
