How to mention 10% cenvat and 12% cenvat in er1 return

06 April 2012 please clarify my doubt

recently Amended Excise duty rates 10% to 12% now some problem find the ER-1 Return filing online in excel format Example total product Assessable include 10% and 12% Rs.500000/- cenvat is 54000/-(include 10% & 12%)then return not accepted

please solve my problem

06 April 2012 Hello,

During E-filing, please enter two sepearate line items with respect to Qt, Value and duty for 10% and separate for 12%.

You can not club and enter 10+12% duties in a single line.
