I have 19+ years experience in the field of Excise, Import, Export, customs matters and now GST Act and Rules, 2017, and well versed with all type of transactions, solutions, all Audits.. with strong knowledge in SAP-CIN implementation and working in SAP.

Dear Sir, Thanks for your reply. now can pay the duty or not. because already we have received same thing 2 consignment in current year.re-import duty has been paid.and that bill entry not showing the duty amount is nil .in this case how can we refund the paid amount.

We have availed cenvat credit on capital goods extent to 50%, now we decided to capitalised the same in our balance sheet. Let me know the procedure.
