please any one can tell me that without serunder the old excise registration can we applied for new registration or not

Yes you can register, once after registration you can surrender your old excise registration

Dears,
If you have any changes in the same application like any addition, then it is done on the same Certificate by the Supdt.of C.Excise wigh sign. But, if there is change in the name or businees organisation, Excise Registration needs to be surrendered along with the application.

And also you shifted from one palce to another placethat aera is another range then you will take regestration before shifting company
