Payment of excise duty on wrong assessee code

By mistake one ECC code is mentioned instead of other ECC code. Now excise duty paid went to other assessee. It is requested to suggest the procedure of rectification in respect of assessee, bank and concerned range office.

Immediately approach to the Respective Excise Range Office & EDI Section of Excise to correct the same with the help of BANK. Please Take care in future..!!
