How to get a refund online

01 August 2015 My Client has Send ITR Ack Copy of A.Y. 2012-13 after due date i.e. (Income Tax Dept Received after due date).There was a refund in this year. So Can now my client again file return and claim Refund For A. Y. 2012-13 as Per Circular 09/2015 of Income Tax Act by Filling Condonation. If Yes then what is the Procedure because Circular does not states how to claim refund online.

01 August 2015 You can't claim refund online. File codonation application with CIT. After approval of CIT file manual return seeking refund with your AO.

01 August 2015 Thanks For your Reply.If My Client Lives in Mumbai and his Jurisdiction is in Delhi. Then For that he has to go delhi to submit condonation letter or has to sent a letter by Post.
